About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Web Developer to join a fast-paced digital agency/consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and applications for clients across various industries. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to deliver scalable digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• * Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services
• * Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems
• * Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers
• * Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
• * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• * Ensure security, data protection, and best development practices
• * Participate in the full software development lifecycle

Requirements & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Web Developer (minimum 3+ years preferred)

* Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue or similar)

* Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, PHP, Python or similar)

* Experience building and deploying web applications

* Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

* Experience working with APIs and integrations

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Must be highly proficient and detail-oriented

PREFERRED SKILLS

• * Experience in app development (mobile or web apps)
• * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• * Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• * Experience working in a digital agency environment
