About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and drive excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• - Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects in line with business objectives.
• - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• - Coordinate project teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• - Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
• - Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• - Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies where appropriate.
• - Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT projects.

- Proven experience delivering software implementation, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
